My approach to Koenig's work in this book, is a reflection of the physical appearance of his houses and the relationships that exist within themselves–space, materials, form. And at the same time the relationship that the houses have with people and recorded history. The this train of thought allowed me to do as a result, is a design and concept that works as a visual conversation between Koenig, The Reader and The Designer (me). This happens through the way that the elements interact with each other in the layout which also resembles to a certain degree the structure of architectural blueprints which informs the content and the content informs the layout.
